Taste of the Loop Cruise
If you’re considering doing the Great Loop, we invite you onboard our boat for some basic training and a sample of the “Loop Life.” You’ll spend a minimum four days and four nights with us to experience training, cruising, staying in a marina, anchoring, sightseeing, and exploring. These cruises are based out of Fort Myers, Florida. Come and enjoy the cruising lifestyle with us!

Accommodations
DunRunnin is a well-appointed cruiser perfect for the comfort of guests for the Taste of The Loop Cruise. The guest stateroom has a walk around queen sized bed. For your privacy, this stateroom has its own shower, head, and sink. A roomy salon makes for a nice space to lounge and relax. If sun is your thing, there are two padded loungers on the bow of the boat to relax and catch some rays. When underway, there is spacious seating on the flybridge. DunRunnin has new state-of-the-art electronics. One of her prize possessions is her dinghy and motor. There are bikes, snorkel gear, and more for you to use while on your cruise. Ice, Ice Baby! The icemaker is always running to keep your beverages cool. The galley and grill are ready to be fired up for some delicious meals. Scott and Karen are on board with you to do as much training and you wish and show you their favorite places and how much fun you can have while cruising.
Onboard Training
This experience will provide the hands-on training you’ll need to navigate the unique waterways encountered on the Great Loop. If you have a new boat, we’ll teach you how to operate and maintain its many and varied systems. If you’re a new boater, we’ll help you learn outfitting, vessel familiarization, safety, engine operation and maintenance, navigation, maneuvering, docking, anchoring, locking and more. If you already have some boating experience under your belt, we’ll tailor our training to your skill level. Our itemized curriculum also includes discussion of the unique characteristics of the various waterways on the Great Loop: The Great Lakes, rivers and locks, Gulf crossing, Intracoastal Waterways, the Bahamas, the East Coast, and Canada.

Delivery
We offer boat moving/delivery services with or without training. We’ve found that many boat owners either lack the time or confidence to get their boat moved from point A to point B. We can help.
Insurance Certification
Some insurance companies require certain training or a set number of hours of training by a licensed Captain. After fulfilling these requirements, we will provide the insurance company with an affidavit of completion.
